SCOTTISH SHORTBREAD 
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. confections sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, softened

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix ingredients together; knead until consistency becomes doughy. Press into greased mold.

Bake 45 minutes until lightly browned and springy to touch. Cool and turn out.

Eat and enjoy.
