NO-COOK COOKIES 
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. butter, soften at room temperature
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine the peanut butter, confectioners sugar, walnuts, and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Use a wooden or large spoon to mix well. Take about a teaspoon of batter and roll into a small ball; then roll each ball in coconut. Chill in the refrigerator.
