2 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 cube butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
12 qts. popcorn

Stir while dissolving. Boil about 5 minutes. Test for soft ball stage. Pour over popcorn.
