1 c. flour 1 c. sugar (may use 1/2 brown sugar) 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all together like a pie crust until well blended. This is a good topping for coffee cakes, or pies. Keeps well in a cool place. #2: 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. melted butter #3: 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 tbsp. butter Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in butter until crumbly. |
