HEAVENLY JAM 
3 lb. peaches, well ripened
3 lb. sugar
Pulp & juice of 2 oranges
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries & juice
1 orange rind, grated

Peel peaches and cut into small pieces. Cover with sugar and let stand overnight. Cut cherries fine and add to orange. Combine with peaches and sugar. Bring to boil and cook gently 1 hour or longer. Seal in hot sterile jars.
