CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. apple cider
1/2 c. burgundy wine or orange juice (I use 1/4 c. each)
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix Jello and water. Add other liquid ingredients. Let mixture partially jell in refrigerator before you mix in apples and nuts. Pour into mold and put back in refrigerator until completely jelled. (Holiday Recipe.)
