RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 full pound flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked rhubarb
1/4 c. milk
Crusts for 2 crust pie

Beat egg well, add flour and sugar. Beat until smooth and add milk. Cut rhubarb very fine. Add to other mixture and bake between two crusts.
