STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES 
2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. orange juice
4 c. non dairy whipped topping
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries in syrup, not thawed

Stir together pretzels, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 13"x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, salad dressing and orange juice; fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in frozen strawberries until strawberries separate. Spoon over salad dressing layer. Chill until set. 12 servings.
