STRAWBERRY JELLO - SOUR CREAM
SALAD
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 scant c. boiling water
1 lb. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream
Miracle Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. While still frozen, place strawberries in Jello and let thaw. Add crushed pineapple (juice if desired). When Jello mix is mushy, spoon 1/2 mix into a mold coated with Miracle Whip. Spoon sour cream over Jello and add remaining Jello over sour cream. Chill until set. Serves 12.
