COCONUT POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour (sift flour and soda together)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. angel flake coconut

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Then mix in other ingredients. Pour in tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. almond extract

Cook fast for 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan and pour glaze on cake while hot.
