PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
CRUST:

8 oz. Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix and spread over cooled crust. Spread whipped cream or Cool Whip 1/4 inch thick and top with 3 crushed Heath bars. Refrigerate.
