CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head leaf lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 cooked chicken
Watercress or parsley, for garnish
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. cucumber
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. dry mustard
4-6 tbsp. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chutney
Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse lettuce; drain well. Tear into small pieces. Clean and slice mushrooms, rinse tomatoes and cucumber. Cut chicken meat into small chunks, tomatoes into wedges, peel and slice cucumber, and chop nuts coarsely. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Garnish with watercress or parsley.

For dressing, blend mayonnaise and mustard, add sour cream, and chutney. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with dressing along side. Good served with hot rolls or French bread and white or rose wine.
