ALABAMA CAMP STEW 
2 lbs. pork meat
2 lbs. ham
1/2 lb. beef roast
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1/2 lb. white onions
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. catsup
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Dash of red pepper
Dash of black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 lb. creamed corn

Boil all meat together in enough water to cover meat. Cook it until it separates from bone. Remove bones and grind meat.

Cook potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in meat broth until the potatoes crumble to the touch. Stir well while cooking. When vegetables are done, add meat and stir well over low heat.

Add all remaining ingredients except corn and butter; mix well and season to taste. Add corn and butter; simmer about an hour and stir frequently. Sticks easily.
