NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
2 c. flour 1 c. shortening 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 egg, beaten 1/4 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar Mix together flour, shortening, sugar and salt with a pastry blender or fork. Then add egg, water and vinegar. Mix all ingredients together using fork. Shape into ball, divide in half, roll out carefully. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
