ONE DISH JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. hot smoked sausage, cut into sm. or bite-size pieces
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. frozen shrimp
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. creole seasoning
4 c. cooked rice, hot

Add sausage, onion, green peppers, celery and shrimp in large skillet. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, white pepper and rice. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon into serving dish. Garnish with extra sausage wedges and lemons.
