SCRATCH BROWNIES 
1 lb. butter butter
9 tbsp. cocoa
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
Nuts (opt.)

Put dry ingredients in bowl first; add wet. Put in greased and floured pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

This makes a lot of brownies that are thin or nice thick ones. The smaller the pan the chewier they are. Do not use smaller than 9"x13" cake size pan. This would feed a family with 6 kids.
