TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate bits
A c. pecan bits

Melt caramels and evaporated milk over heat in a double boiler before mixing cake. Then mix cake according to directions on box. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Pour half of batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour caramel mixture over cake. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans on top. Pour other half cake batter on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
