DINNER ROLLS 
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and cottage cheese together. Add salt and flour and beat until smooth. Let set in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts. On floured table roll each part into 12 inch circles. Cut each circle into 12 pie shaped parts. Roll each piece together - starting at large end and roll to tip. Put on cookie sheet with tips turned under and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Put icing on while still warm.

ICING:

2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups icing sugar.
