GLAZED PICKLED CORNED BEEF 
4 lb. corned beef
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. bread crumbs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice

Cook corned beef on top of stove, covered with cold water, until tender, about 3-4 hours. Drain liquid and place beef on rack in roasting pan. Cover with crumbs, mustard, brown sugar and top with crushed pineapple. Add a little of the juice in the bottom of the pan. Bake about 1 hour, until glazed at 325 degrees.
