BLENDER FRENCH DRESSING 
1 c. tomato juice
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic or garlic powder to taste
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 envelope Sweet 'N Low

Place all ingredients in blender and run 1 minute on low. This recipe serves 6. Count tomato juice in daily allowance of calories.
