BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
3 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt

Thaw frozen broccoli and drain. Brown onion in 3 tablespoons of butter. Add flour and water; cook until thick. Remove from heat; add cheese. Lastly, add beaten eggs and salt. Then mix drained broccoli and put in buttered and greased oblong glass baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Do not overcook or it will dry up. Serves 6-8.
