PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 to 6 pork shoulder or pork chops 1 box Stove Top stuffing 1 can mushroom soup Potatoes Brown pork chops in skillet and make stuffing. Wash desired number of potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Layer in the bottom of the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour mushroom soup on and one can of water. Spoon cooked stuffing over the top and cover with a lid or foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
