1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. milk
2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 40 cakes.

FILLING:

2 c. Crisco (combine with 2-3 tbsp. butter)
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow fluff
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix at high speed until creamy.
