1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. box vanilla pudding (cook type)
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cook pudding on stove as directed on box. Remove from heat and let cool. Add cooked pudding to dry cake mix. Pour mixture into cake pan. Sprinkle chips and pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Do not overbake! Let cool. Cut into squares.
