GRAPENUT PUDDING 
3/4 c. Grapenut cereal
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine the cereal with the butter. Beat the sugar into the eggs. Add the cereal mixture along with the milk, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour into a greased one quart casserole. Place the casserole in a pan. Fill the pans with hot water to within 2 inches of the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Stir thoroughly. Then bake 20 minutes more or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 6 generous servings.
