PAPRIKA CHICKEN HALVES | |
1 (3 1/2 lb.) frying chicken, cut in half 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 clove garlic, minced 2 red bell pepper 3 green bell peppers 1 tbsp. oil 3 tbsp. chopped parsley Barbecue sauce Mix butter with salt, paprika and garlic. Brush chicken halves with this mixture. Wash peppers, cut in halves. Slice thinly; saute pepper sin oil for a few minutes. Arrange in baking dish with the chicken halves. Broil 5-6 inches from source of heat for 20 minutes, brushing with remaining mixture and barbecue sauce. Turn and boil another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serving for 8. |
