1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Put in bottom of pan (greased and floured). Mix 1 devils food cake mix and pour over this. Combine 1 stick butter, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar. Stir until mixed, pour over cake mix and bake until done.
