POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
6 potatoes, peeled and cut in bite size pieces
1 onion, chopped
8 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes and onion in water until potatoes are soft. Drain the water off and replace with milk and cubed Velveeta cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
