1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. cereal, like Total
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins

Combine flour, cinnamon, raisins, sugar and baking soda in one bowl. Put cereal, applesauce, oil, milk and egg in another bowl. Mix on medium speed 1 minute. Mix with bowl one and mix by hand. Put in paper lined muffin pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 12 cup cakes.
