IRISH'S EASY SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
1 cup dry bread crumbs (Italian style)
3/4 cup milk (skim)
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 medium onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Drain all liquid, flake salmon and mix with all other ingredients using a fork.

Gently turn into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
