PICKLED CORN | |
Corn, as much as you desired (fresh) Canning salt Boil corn on the cob and let cool. Cut off cob and add 3 tablespoons canning salt to each gallon of corn. Place in covered jar or crock; stir every day. On the third day, test taste. Add 1 tablespoons of salt to each gallon of corn. On the fifth day, put the corn in jars. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes to seal jars. |
