BRUNCH CHEESE STRADA 
8 slices sliced white bread
2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
8 lg. eggs
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Grease a souffle dish. Put in bread and cheese in layers, ending in cheese. Put other ingredients in a blender and combine. Pour mixture over the bread and cheese. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For variety add cooked seafood, smoked meat, or lox.
