1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temp
3/4 firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Great with apples or any fruit for a dip. Great as a frosting for a spice cake, carrot cake, coffee cakes. Remember to have enough of it on hand, it goes really fast!
