HONEY OATMEAL 
1 c. uncooked old fashioned oatmeal (may use quick)
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. very warm water
Pinch of salt (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (or chopped dates, dried figs, peaches, etc.)
1/4 c. chopped nuts, raw sunflower seeds, or coconut (optional)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put oatmeal mixture into a casserole dish and cover. Bake 15 minutes. May double recipe, but lengthen time to 20 to 25 minutes. May bake muffins at the same time for a filling breakfast.
