CHERRY DESSERT 
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Foil muffin cups
1 can cherry pie filling

Whip cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Put 1 wafer (inverted) in each foil cup on a baking sheet. Fill to 3/4 with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Cover with cherry filling (or lemon).
