LEON'S TUNA LASAGNA 
Make about 2 1/2 quarts of spaghetti sauce with:

Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper
1 sm. onion
Oregano
Romano cheese

Cook until well seasoned. Add:

2 cans tuna fish
1 can mushrooms

Let stand while cooking lasagna noodles (1 lb.). In casserole, layer first sauce, then noodles, ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese. Continue until dish is full. Top with sauce and Romano cheese. Sprinkle parsley leaves on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Wonderful for meatless days.
