1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1 can mandarin oranges
Crushed nuts
Cherries for color

Mix cake mix as directed and bake on a 17"x11" cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Test for doneness after 10 minutes. Mix the vanilla instant pudding with the cold milk and set aside. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip together, add pudding. Frost cooled cake with pudding mixture. Top with fruit and nuts and sprinkled with coconut, alternating each.
