"AS GOOD AS IT GETS" CAKE 
Chocolate cake mix
Sm. container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
5 or 6 Heath, Skor, or Butterfinger candy bars, crunched or chopped

Bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and ice cream topping. When cake is done baking, poke holes in top of cake with wooden spoon. Slowly pour mixed topping over warm cake. Let cool, then refrigerate approximately 2 hours or more. Before serving, top can with Cool Whip and candy bars.
