SALSA 
1 (16 oz.) can Woods Cross Tomatoes (1 lb.)
1/4 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic or 2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 c. pickled jalapeno slices with juice

Drain juice from tomatoes into blender. Add onion slices, garlic slices, salt and jalapeno slices. Chop for 30 seconds. Add whole tomatoes and chop for another 30 seconds. Place in serving bowl.
