WHITE MOUNTAIN ICING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. egg white
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. water

Blend sugar, syrup, water in saucepan. Boil rapidly until 240 degrees. When mixture begins to boil, beat egg whites until stiff enough to stand in peaks. Pour hot syrup in steady stream into beaten whites, beating constantly with beater until it stands in very stiff peaks. Blend in vanilla.
