MICROWAVE OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2-3 1/2 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces, skin sides up in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch, with thickest parts toward edges. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) for 10 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until done, 8-12 minutes longer. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
