ANY DAY COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or shortening
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream in large bowl, shortening, sugars and vegetable oil. Add Rice Krispies, oats and coconut. Add egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt; add to sugar mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
