GERMAN BUNDT CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, separated
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

GLAZE:

1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend in egg yolks, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan and glaze.

GLAZE: Combine ingredients. Mix until well blended. Dribble on top of cake after it is cool.
