GELATIN JUICE BLOCKS 
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) apple, grape, or cherry juice
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin

Pour juice into 1-quart casserole and sprinkle with Knox gelatin. Let stand 3 minutes. Microwave on high 1 minute and stir thoroughly. Microwave on high 2 more minutes and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Chill until firm, 3 hours. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
