ROAST POTATOES | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick melted butter 2 c. shredded sharp cheese Mix together in 9x13 pan. 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with about 15 to 20 crumbled Ritz crackers. For leftovers - mix with shredded dried chipped beef or ham chunks. |
