LAYERED MEXICAN DIP 
Use large platter, indent approximately 1/2 inch for each layer.

1ST LAYER:

Spread two cans (10 1/2 oz. each) plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip (Frito brand best) directly onto platter (or 1 bean dip and 1 can of refried beans).

2ND LAYER:

Mix:

3 med. avocados
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (I omit)

3RD LAYER:

Mix first to let set day ahead:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix.

4TH LAYER:

Cut up 1 green onion; sprinkle over sour cream mixture.

5TH LAYER:

Chop 3 tomatoes; arrange on top.

6TH LAYER:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives

Sprinkle over top.

7TH LAYER:

8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Arrange over top and decorate using olives, tomatoes and extra sour cream. Serve with Tortilla chips - Tostitos are best.
