1 egg
Salt and pepper

Spray fry pan with Pam. Put a slice of bread in the fry pan that has the center removed (about the size of a 50 cent piece). Break the egg into the hole in the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn once. Serve immediately.
