WILD RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked wild rice (2/3 c. dry)
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. salted cashews
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)

Chill rice, combine the cooked chicken, grapes and nuts. Blend salt with mayonnaise. Toss gently to blend. Serve on leaf of lettuce with soft bread sticks.
