CHEESE AND KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 can red kidney beans
1 c. processed American cheese
1/2 c. drained sweet pickle relish or thinly sliced sweet pickles
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 eggs, hard cooked & sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly to mix. Garnish with parsley. 6 to 8 servings.
