3 BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

In 2 1/2 quart casserole combine beans, set aside.

In skillet cook beef, onion and garlic. Remove from heat and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stir beef mix into beans. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
